Our cd/dvd's are manufactured, published, and shipped by Kunaki. They are in full-color, glossy, and cellophane-wrapped. Kunaki manufacture's my cd's to high-quality retail specifications. All orders are processed and shipped immediately during all business days.
There are no refunds for CD purchases, but if you receive a defective CD/DVD from the manufacturer it will be freely replaced. Alternatively you can request the download links for the CD's (all our CD's have a download version).
