INTRODUCTION

The Schumann Resonance is at a frequency of about 7.83 Hz (upper theta level and lower alpha level) which is the same frequency that the earth’s magnetosphere resonates at. This is why some of us experience a certain freedom, inner peace, and overall happy condition when we are out in nature away from crowds and big cities. The energy in the atmosphere seems more clear and not as congested and we are more in tune with the earth's frequency. Your body can rebuild and repair itself (balancing the nerves, removing stress etc.) when your brain tunes into this frequency.

About this Session

This is a relaxing session stimulating 7.83 Hz (Schumann Resonance) with isochronic beats, audiostrobe, randomly generated wind chimes, rain and thunder in the distance, night time noises and entrainment embedded into sound files. In the recording you will hear 3 different background ambient music tracks.

This session is an hour and can be listened to at night as you are going to bed and/or during the day if you want to relax. The session begins at the alpha level of 10 hz, then works it way down to 7.83 Hz (after 10 minutes) and remains at 7.83 Hz  throughout the remainder of the session.

AUDIOSTROBE

This session uses sine waves for the photic stimulation, so if you are planning on using audiostrobe, make sure you run a quick sine wave test beforehand using the audiostrobe configuration tool. If you are not going to use audiostrobe, or don’t have the tools for that, the recording still works as a sound file to listen to.

HEADPHONES vs NO HEADPHONES

If you plan to use this session with speakers, be sure to adjust the volume of the tones to a level that is comfortable but audible for your sound system, if it isn't already. Headphones are preferred for best results especially if you have a low quality speaker system such as on a small laptop. Most of the time you can’t hear the necessary binaural, monaural, or isochronic beats on fuzzy speakers or on small speakers in general.

INSTRUCTIONS

To use this session, find a quiet place, free of distraction. Make sure you are comfortable, in a chair or lying down. After starting the session, close your eyes and relax.

You may want to drink a glass of water before each session, particularly if you are using LED glasses.
