Our Relaxation Music mp3
is 60 minutes in length and includes isochronic tones entrainment (first
20 minutes), binaural beats entrainment (next 20 minutes), and harmonic
box x entrainment (for the last 20 minutes) Harmonic box x is a
combination of binaural beats and monaural beats.
The free
sample also includes audiostrobe (flashing lights) entrainment which you
can experience if you have a light and sound device capable of decoding
the audiostrobe track built into the mp3. But this is entirely
optional. The audio entrainment will suffice for those of you who don't
have a light and sound machine (mind machine).
The session
begins at 10 hz (alpha level) and gradually descends to 4 hz (delta) 40
minutes into the session where it remains for 15 minutes (at 4 hz) until
ramping back up to 10 hz for the last 5 minutes.
The first 20
minutes includes ambient music embedded with isochronic tones. When you
begin to hear the running water (about 20 minutes in) the binaural beats
will begin and for the next 20 minutes you will hear 3 different
ambient tracks. When you being to hear the water surface, and underwater
whale sounds the harmonic box x entrainment begins. And during the last
5 minutes you will hear ocean and seagull sounds.
